Founder and Lead Coach Cayla is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor with over six years of experience, having coached at OneLife, Rumble Boxing, and JMU's UREC. From kickboxing to water aerobics, she's taught it all. Inspired by her journey of finding her path in the gym, improving body image, and balancing nutrition, Cayla is dedicated to creating a safe space where everyone can embrace their inner athlete and find a supportive fitness community.
